  1. Unable to log in – Select ‘Forget Password’ to reset your password. If that does not work, please reach out to us at fabrics@alendel.com. We can then reset your password.

  2. Account is no longer active – This could be caused by numerous unsuccessful attempts using incorrect login information. Please reach out to C/S at fabrics@alendel.com and we will activate your account.

  3. Email address does not work – If you are using a personal email such as Gmail or Hotmail, the system will not accept it anymore. The system will only link an email to an account if it is a business email address. Please reach out to C/S at fabrics@alendel.com with your business email address and we can update it for you.

  4. Price is incorrect – If you are seeing a zero in the price field, this means that you have not checked on the Memo tab before adding the item onto the Memo tab. If you are on our website and seem to be picking the incorrect price, please reach out to C/S at fabrics@alendel.com and we will investigate further.

  5. Stock is incorrect – Stock is updated live so things can change throughout the day. If you are seeing a zero in the stock field, please make sure that there was no error when entering an item number or selecting from our drop-down menu list of items available for purchase online or through our website portal page (if applicable). Please reach out to C/S at fabrics@alendel.com and we will investigate further.

  6. Unable to locate a certain pattern – Please ensure that the pattern is spelled correctly. It could also be because it has been discontinued or sold out online only; however, we have discontinued items listed under the “Discontinued Items” section of our website which can still be ordered by contacting customer service directly via phone call/email inquiry form submission found here. You may also want to check back periodically as new patterns become available frequently throughout each season/year cycle depending upon demand levels within specific regions/markets worldwide!

  7. Unable to obtain specific sizes available (widths) – Yes, we can show you the stock on hand but sometimes there may be delays due to shipping issues etc., so the best way would always be to contact us directly via phone call/email inquiry form submission found here.
